About the role
- Work closely with internal teams to align account activities with each client's strategic objectives and specific needs
- Execute agreed plans meticulously, meeting deadlines mutually established with the client
- Develop and maintain comprehensive joint impact plans for your key accounts
- Proactively inform and guide clients on new features and updates
- Monitor adoption and usage trends
- Identify potential churn risks and retention challenges
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Conduct regular, clear business and strategic reviews
- Act as the primary advocate for clients
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years (or more) of professional experience
- Proven experience in Management Consulting, Client Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role
- Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographic clients
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing, Services)
- Comfortable working in a startup-like environment
- Project management experience is an asset
- Relevant experience in social or media intelligence, SaaS, PR, or Marketing
- A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred for this role
- Willingness to embrace our hybrid work schedule
- Native or near-native proficiency in French is essential
