About the role

  • Work closely with internal teams to align account activities with each client's strategic objectives and specific needs
  • Execute agreed plans meticulously, meeting deadlines mutually established with the client
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive joint impact plans for your key accounts
  • Proactively inform and guide clients on new features and updates
  • Monitor adoption and usage trends
  • Identify potential churn risks and retention challenges
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Conduct regular, clear business and strategic reviews
  • Act as the primary advocate for clients

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years (or more) of professional experience
  • Proven experience in Management Consulting, Client Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role
  • Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographic clients
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing, Services)
  • Comfortable working in a startup-like environment
  • Project management experience is an asset
  • Relevant experience in social or media intelligence, SaaS, PR, or Marketing
  • A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred for this role
  • Willingness to embrace our hybrid work schedule
  • Native or near-native proficiency in French is essential
