About the role
- Product implementation, risk mitigation, and ongoing customer support
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Renewal Managers and Account Managers
- Provide strategic guidance and support to customers to help them maximize use of our solutions
- Tailor solutions to align with customers' objectives
- Reach out to customers prior to contract renewal to resolve issues
- Onboard new customers and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Results-oriented and committed to customer satisfaction and success
- Proactive and responsive to customer needs and opportunities
- Team player who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams
