About the role
- Master our internal tooling to update crawler configurations
- Continuous improvement of content quality and expansion of content coverage
- Work with other divisions to help increase customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve current and develop future in-house tooling
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Firm understanding of HTTP (status codes, authentication, etc.)
- Quick learner
- Strong analytical skills and reliability
- Flexible and able to adjust quickly to changes
- Great attention to detail and accuracy in work
- 1-2 years experience in a support role
- Understanding of software engineering processes with complex technical issues
- A passion for learning different technologies
- Demonstrated skill in resolving technical issues
- Excellent professional skills, including effective written and spoken communication skills
- Proven ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time while paying strict attention to details
- Demonstrated strong teamwork ethic
- Basic knowledge of web scraping and the usage of regular expressions and/or XPATH in that context
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Python or any other scripting language
