About the role

  • Collaborate with department heads on role definition, workforce planning, and organizational development to align talent strategy with business objectives
  • Define selection criteria, ideal candidate profiles, and job specifications for business, technical, and creative positions
  • Own end-to-end hiring from intake to offer acceptance, implementing new recruitment methods and systems to continuously improve the process
  • Actively source and identify top talent across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and niche networks to build a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
  • Conduct structured interviews and coordinate debrief sessions to evaluate technical capabilities, cultural fit, and long-term potential
  • Track recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates to identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment roles with demonstrated strategic impact; proven track record in high-growth or scale-up environments preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in leading the full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates through the entire hiring journey.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas and improve processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus
  • Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn and other talent platforms, with a focus on building diverse, high-quality pipelines.
  • Operational knowledge to design employee experiences that ensure a seamless connection with subsequent HR administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and ATS systems required; strong working knowledge of Ashby, Juicebox, and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
