About the role
- Owning the end-to-end hiring process: from initial outreach and talent screening to offer negotiation and signed acceptance.
- Actively sourcing and identifying top talent across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and niche networks to build a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
- Enhancing the candidate experience by seamlessly coordinating interviews, managing communication touchpoints to ensure a smooth process.
- Conducting structured interviews and facilitating debrief sessions to assess candidates' skills, cultural alignment and long-term potential.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements, refine job descriptions and ensure an effective and consistent selection process.
- Leveraging data and analytics to track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to hiring processes.
- Supporting administrative tasks related to the recruitment lifecycle such as processing documents and preparing reports.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates through the entire hiring journey.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas and improve processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
- Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn and other talent platforms, with a focus on building diverse, high-quality pipelines.
- Comfort using data and ATS tools to track progress, support decisions and maintain accurate talent records.
