About the role
- Provide support to Plant Management regarding their cost structure through timely and accurate analyses.
- Support Company Management in monitoring expenses and achieving related targets through timely and reliable analyses.
- Responsible for cost analysis and monitoring of KPI performance.
- Collaborate closely with the CFO, Plant Management, and other Departments in the Budgeting and Forecasting process.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor scrap/waste and investigate the causes of variances.
- Prepare reports to inform Management and relevant stakeholders about significant cost or expense deviations from the Budget.
- Prepare costings for new products or improvements to existing ones.
- Responsible for the preparation and execution of monthly financial closing.
- Provide accurate financial analyses for ad hoc projects.
- Review and develop the monthly reporting package.
- Prepare the Monthly Management Report.
- Collaborate with external auditors during audit processes.
- Develop tools and automate departmental processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA or Master in Finance/Costing or related discipline).
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the FMCG sector, in costing, controlling, or financial analysis roles.
- Proficient in SAP (FI/CO, PP modules).
- Excellent command of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong sense of responsibility, consistency, and commitment to results.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
