About the role
- You feel comfortable in front of the camera and create creative content for our social channels that conveys our values: luxury, sustainability and contemporary spirit.
- Talking-head segments and voiceovers — including in English — are no problem for you.
- You present products, people and stories in a way that produces images and videos people simply have to share.
- You take responsibility for concept, shooting and editing of short reels and behind-the-scenes clips in our studio: production processes, craftsmanship details and materials, as well as mood videos for new products, campaigns and events.
- You have a good sense for current trends and know how to use hooks and storylines to create videos that captivate.
- You love fashion and have a look that underlines your lifestyle — effortlessly elegant, inspiring and authentic.
Requirements
- You are studying film, media design, communication design or a related field, or you have already gained initial experience in content creation / social media outside your studies
- You have already been in front of the camera, whether as a creator, model, for a brand or as an influencer on your own account
- You have a strong sense of aesthetics, rhythm and storytelling
- You are proficient with common editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut
- You are familiar with CapCut and photo editing programs
- You can work independently and in a structured way — and you are excited to highlight craftsmanship
- You are available on-site at our studio in Mannheim at least 1–2 days per week
- You have excellent spoken and written German and English skills
