About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, develop and mentor the Accounting team across the cluster, including apprentices.
Act as a strategic partner to hotel leadership, supporting business decisions with financial insights and recommendations.
Oversee the preparation of monthly reports, forecasts and ad-hoc analyses for management and the Corporate Office.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
Manage and optimize accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
Own financial systems, including the procurement platform Coupa, and drive continuous improvements.
Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, identify opportunities and implement measures to improve financial performance.
Collaborate closely with key departments such as Human Resources, Revenue Management, Front Office and Reservations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Finance, Accounting or a comparable qualification.
Several years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire, develop and manage teams.
High affinity for systems and digital tools with experience in financial and ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
Structured, independent and results-driven working style.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
