About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, develop and mentor the Accounting team across the cluster, including apprentices.
  • Act as a strategic partner to hotel leadership, supporting business decisions with financial insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly reports, forecasts and ad-hoc analyses for management and the Corporate Office.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Manage and optimize accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Own financial systems, including the procurement platform Coupa, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, identify opportunities and implement measures to improve financial performance.
  • Collaborate closely with key departments such as Human Resources, Revenue Management, Front Office and Reservations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire, develop and manage teams.
  • High affinity for systems and digital tools with experience in financial and ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Structured, independent and results-driven working style.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
