Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for achieving the budget of hotels
Attract, develop and retain accounts for sales
Manage local accounts and generate new business opportunities
Prepare and complete Corporate RFPs, Tour Operator Contracts, MICE Agreements
Detection of new business opportunities in different segments
Active participation in trade fairs and sales actions
Promote virtual sales activities for hotels
Plan and implement site inspections for hotels

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Tourism, Hospitality or similar
Fluent English and Chinese in both speaking & writing
Ability to make decisions and define sales strategy
Knowledge and business B2B, Corporate and MICE contacts
5 years of experience in a similar position
Great ability to communicate and negotiate
Knowledge of PMS Opera Cloud and Focus tools
Customer service and analytical skills
Availability to travel
