About the role
- Consolidate and analyze engineering needs in hotels
- Ensure compliance with technical and legal obligations
- Act as a Preventative Resource for risk activities in the team
- Update and maintain the information in the data room
- Supervise the resolution of technical or legal incidents
- Coordinate teams and provide instructions for maintenance
- Analyze and monitor energy and environmental indicators daily
Requirements
- Engineering knowledge in hospitality
- Experience in technical and legal compliance
- Skills in risk management and occupational health and safety
- Ability to act as a Preventative Resource in team settings
- Familiarity with energy and environmental indicators
- Management of corrective maintenance duties
- Data analysis and coordination skills
