About the role
- Supervise all front desk operations and ensure the quality of guest reception and customer service according to hotel and group standards
- Ensure the organization and smooth operation of the front desk department (receptionists, reservations, night audit)
- Lead, motivate and support the front desk team in their professional development (recruitment, onboarding, training, performance monitoring)
- Create and monitor staff schedules according to hotel activity
- Ensure compliance with internal and administrative procedures and the group's quality standards
- Optimize the hotel's commercial performance by contributing to occupancy, average rate and RevPAR (upselling, managing availability and rates)
- Oversee reservation management and room availability across various systems
- Handle complex situations and guest complaints to ensure an optimal guest experience
- Manage billing, payments, cash handling and accounts receivable
- Monitor front desk KPIs (statistics, no-shows, late cancellations, group bookings)
- Organize and coordinate VIP arrivals in collaboration with other hotel departments
- Maintain smooth communication between the front desk, other departments and management
- Lead front desk meetings and participate in management meetings
- Track quality results (guest surveys, internal audits, mystery shoppers) and implement improvement plans
- Participate in the department's budget monitoring and in optimizing the hotel's financial results
- Ensure proper management of equipment and participate in front desk inventories
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' successful experience in an equivalent role within a high-end property
- Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized and passionate about your work

- Permanent contract (CDI)
- Weekly working hours: 39 hours
