About the role
- Provide professional service to our guests in the TWIST Bar or the VEN Patio
- Independently manage a station in the TWIST Bar or the VEN Patio
- Onboard, mentor and support apprentices/trainees
- Prepare duty rosters
- Conduct sales conversations and provide professional guest advice
- Carry out daily mise en place and post-service clean-up
- Act as a role model in service and guest care
- Ensure a flawless, standards-compliant appearance
Requirements
- Some professional experience in hospitality and/or behind the bar
