About the role

  • Responsible for the hotel’s controllership function, ensuring proper execution of administrative processes.
  • Ensures the smooth operation of administrative, financial, and control routines, and compliance with the company’s policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with the policies and procedures defined by the company regarding Administration and Stores/Inventory.
  • Provide support to the Operations Center by analyzing relevant information (financial or otherwise).
  • Supervise and manage all financial activities of the hotel.
  • Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports.
  • Develop and implement effective financial procedures and controls.
  • Prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Manage internal and external audit processes.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the hotel’s finance team.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Controller in the hospitality sector.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and produce accurate reports.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Knowledge of accounting systems and financial management software.
