About the role
- Responsible for the hotel’s controllership function, ensuring proper execution of administrative processes.
- Ensures the smooth operation of administrative, financial, and control routines, and compliance with the company’s policies, standards, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with the policies and procedures defined by the company regarding Administration and Stores/Inventory.
- Provide support to the Operations Center by analyzing relevant information (financial or otherwise).
- Supervise and manage all financial activities of the hotel.
- Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports.
- Develop and implement effective financial procedures and controls.
- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
- Manage internal and external audit processes.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the hotel’s finance team.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Controller in the hospitality sector.
- Solid knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
- Ability to analyze financial data and produce accurate reports.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of accounting systems and financial management software.
