About the role

  • Support of accounts payable, accounts receivable and accounting department.
  • Payment Master control.
  • Follow up and corrections of discrepancies in Opera regarding payment coming from any of the departments within hotel.
  • Daily control of the bank account.
  • Carry out the cash control.
  • Daily control of processes related to F&B outsourced operations.
  • Dealing with the issues related to credit card payments.
  • Supporting the finance manager with daily tasks.

Requirements

  • Education related to finance.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Minimum of one year experience in a similar role.
  • Able to write and speak English in a good manner.
  • Pre knowledge of Opera.
  • Pre languages Spanish, Dutch.
