About the role
- Support of accounts payable, accounts receivable and accounting department.
- Payment Master control.
- Follow up and corrections of discrepancies in Opera regarding payment coming from any of the departments within hotel.
- Daily control of the bank account.
- Carry out the cash control.
- Daily control of processes related to F&B outsourced operations.
- Dealing with the issues related to credit card payments.
- Supporting the finance manager with daily tasks.
Requirements
- Education related to finance.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Minimum of one year experience in a similar role.
- Able to write and speak English in a good manner.
- Pre knowledge of Opera.
- Pre languages Spanish, Dutch.
