About the role

  • Ensure the proper functioning of the department during the night hours
  • Manage all Front Office operations (check-in, check-out, cash operations, etc.)
  • Carry out administrative closure activities, according to company policies and procedures
  • Proactively identify and manage issues to prevent complaints from Guests
  • Ensure the health and safety of the hotel at night
  • Print arrivals and departures scheduled for the following day
  • Compile company reports and handover for the following morning's shift

Requirements

  • Professional knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages considered a plus
  • Good knowledge of Opera PMS
  • Previous experience in the same position in hotels of the same category
  • Reliability
  • Problem solving skills
