About the role
- Ensure the proper functioning of the department during the night hours
- Manage all Front Office operations (check-in, check-out, cash operations, etc.)
- Carry out administrative closure activities, according to company policies and procedures
- Proactively identify and manage issues to prevent complaints from Guests
- Ensure the health and safety of the hotel at night
- Print arrivals and departures scheduled for the following day
- Compile company reports and handover for the following morning's shift
Requirements
- Professional knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of other foreign languages considered a plus
- Good knowledge of Opera PMS
- Previous experience in the same position in hotels of the same category
- Reliability
- Problem solving skills
