About the role
- Manage the end-to-end application and recruitment process
- Recruit for the Corporate Office and key positions across Central Europe
- Work closely with hiring managers
- Develop content and campaigns for employer branding
- Participate in career fairs and build university partnerships
- Manage the internship program
- Implement new tools to improve the candidate experience
- Deliver trainings and workshops
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in talent acquisition or employer branding
- Experience supporting multiple locations
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style
- Fluent German and English; Spanish is a plus
- Strong affinity for brands and modern recruiting trends
