About the role

  • Adhering to the philosophy, policies, procedures and quality standards established by Meliá Hotels International.
  • Responsible for generating new sales of the Circle product.
  • Act as a vacation advisor, adopting a dynamic and flexible approach in Commercial Conversations.
  • Responsible for the presentation of the Circle product to customers.
  • Focusing on advising and motivating customers to acquire the membership.
  • Attend business meetings every day.
  • Meet and exceed production KPIs set forth in monthly and annual budgets.
  • Actively participate in promotional activities and events organized by the company for sales purposes.
  • Provide personalized customer service during and after the sales process.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred in the following areas: Business Administration, Marketing, Social Communication and Public Relations.
  • Minimum 1 year in a similar position.
  • Flexible schedule is required; must be available to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak Spanish and English.
  • Other languages preferred.
  • Computer proficiency in software applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and reservations systems.
  • Effective oral and written communications skills.
