About the role
- Adhering to the philosophy, policies, procedures and quality standards established by Meliá Hotels International.
- Responsible for generating new sales of the Circle product.
- Act as a vacation advisor, adopting a dynamic and flexible approach in Commercial Conversations.
- Responsible for the presentation of the Circle product to customers.
- Focusing on advising and motivating customers to acquire the membership.
- Attend business meetings every day.
- Meet and exceed production KPIs set forth in monthly and annual budgets.
- Actively participate in promotional activities and events organized by the company for sales purposes.
- Provide personalized customer service during and after the sales process.
Requirements
- College degree preferred in the following areas: Business Administration, Marketing, Social Communication and Public Relations.
- Minimum 1 year in a similar position.
- Flexible schedule is required; must be available to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
- Must be able to read, write and speak Spanish and English.
- Other languages preferred.
- Computer proficiency in software applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and reservations systems.
- Effective oral and written communications skills.
