• Organize and supervise the restaurant operations to ensure high-quality service, contributing to the achievement of the Food & Beverage department’s financial, quality, people development, and operational objectives.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring service excellence, product quality, and compliance with brand standards.
• Manage inventories, suppliers, and orders through SAP.
• Monitor maintenance, HACCP procedures, and cleaning schedules.
• Review customer feedback (Review Pro, social media) and implement improvement plans.
• Participate in briefings and meetings to follow up on performance and results.
• Support the Head of Department in managing budgets, staff costs, productivity KPIs, and efficient use of materials and services.
• Assist in staff selection, development, and engagement initiatives.
• Promote HR programs and contribute to a positive and motivated team environment.
• Ensure a personalized guest experience, anticipating needs and resolving incidents effectively.
• Guarantee compliance with Health & Safety policies and proper use of protective equipment.
