About the role

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the Executive Chef, ensuring efficient kitchen operations, accurate documentation, and clear communication between departments.
  • Assist the Executive Chef with administrative tasks and scheduling.
  • Ensure kitchen team shifts are organized for smooth service.
  • Prepare and track inventories, orders, and supply lists.
  • Act as a liaison between kitchen staff and management.
  • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly performance and attendance reports.
  • Draft and respond to emails on behalf of the Executive Chef.
  • Identify and report any issues affecting kitchen workflow.
  • Ensure seamless coordination for events and daily service.
  • Promote hygiene and food safety practices.
  • Support the Executive Chef with other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Foreign Languages, or related field.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years in administrative or coordination roles within hospitality or culinary environments.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with kitchen operations.
  • Discreet, professional, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
