About the role
- Participate in organizing professional events.
- Respond to last-minute meetings and event requests.
- Understand client expectations in order to organize their event.
- Take part in preparing and facilitating internal coordination meetings to organize various events (seminars & banquets) with different departments.
- Welcome clients and be present throughout the event.
- Ensure the quality of services provided by the hotel.
- Manage event billing and follow-up.
- Follow up on client satisfaction after the event.
- Complete the "REAL PRODUCTION" reports after each event.
Requirements
- Previous successful experience in a similar role is desirable (including internships) but not required.
- Autonomy, strong organizational skills and proactivity in daily work.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Education in progress: Bachelor's/Master's degree (Tourism or Hospitality).
- Languages required: French and English; Spanish is a plus.
