About the role

  • Participate in organizing professional events.
  • Respond to last-minute meetings and event requests.
  • Understand client expectations in order to organize their event.
  • Take part in preparing and facilitating internal coordination meetings to organize various events (seminars & banquets) with different departments.
  • Welcome clients and be present throughout the event.
  • Ensure the quality of services provided by the hotel.
  • Manage event billing and follow-up.
  • Follow up on client satisfaction after the event.
  • Complete the "REAL PRODUCTION" reports after each event.

Requirements

  • Previous successful experience in a similar role is desirable (including internships) but not required.
  • Autonomy, strong organizational skills and proactivity in daily work.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Education in progress: Bachelor's/Master's degree (Tourism or Hospitality).
  • Languages required: French and English; Spanish is a plus.
