About the role
- You design, conceptualize, and develop new test rigs and test procedures for component and product testing.
- You continuously improve existing test rigs and test procedures, making a significant contribution to process and product optimization.
- You are responsible for the commissioning and verification of test rigs and ensure their reliable operation.
- You prepare comprehensive development documentation, e.g., requirements, risk assessments, bills of materials, verification documents, and operating manuals.
- You coordinate the involved departments and accompany all steps from planning to successful implementation of the test rigs.
- You support the maintenance team in analyzing and resolving faults on the test rigs.
- You work closely with internal interfaces to ensure the test systems meet technical and organizational requirements.
Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Medical Technology, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
- Ideally, you have solid experience in project planning as well as in the conception and design of test rigs and test procedures.
- You have initial experience with CAD systems and circuit-diagram tools and good MS Office skills.
- You possess strong analytical understanding and a structured, methodical approach.
- You are passionate about innovative solutions, communicate clearly and service-oriented, and enjoy working in a team.
- You communicate confidently in German (very good/C1) and English (good/B2), both written and spoken.
