About the role

  • Point of contact for our customers – You handle day-to-day inquiries in a friendly and solution-oriented manner.
  • Customer loyalty and retention instead of churn – You identify opportunities for customer win-back and implement targeted measures to increase retention.
  • Quoting in the energy market – You calculate and prepare tailored offers for electricity and gas.
  • Contract management & master data maintenance – You manage our existing customers throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
  • Renewal and development of existing customers – You actively support our customers beyond the contract term.

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial vocational qualification, e.g., as an office clerk/administrative assistant, or equivalent.
  • Ideally, you have initial experience in sales or customer service.
  • You demonstrate a strong service and customer orientation.
  • You enjoy active customer contact.
  • You are confident using MS Office and eager to learn new programs and tools.
  • As a team player, you are communicative, organized, and able to work independently and responsibly.
