About the role
- Primary point of contact for our customers – you handle inquiries in day-to-day operations.
- Customer retention instead of cancellations – you identify opportunities to win back customers considering termination.
- Quotation management in the energy market – you calculate and prepare tailored offers for electricity and gas.
- Contract management & master data maintenance – you support our existing customers throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
- Renewal and development of existing customers – you accompany and support our customers beyond the contract term.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, e.g., as an office clerk or similar.
- Initial experience in sales or customer service – experience in the energy sector is a plus.
- Strong service and customer-orientation, reliability, and an empathetic manner.
- Confident use of MS Office and openness to learning new programs and tools.
- Team player, communicative, organized, independent, and self-reliant.
