Full-stack Engineer

• Module ownership: Take ownership of a business-critical module (e.g., CRM, quote generation) in a short time — from design to deployment.
• Monolith → Microservices: Break down our legacy monolith into performant, standalone services and migrate existing functionality.
• Clean code & tests: Write robust TypeScript code that passes automated unit, integration and end-to-end (E2E) tests.
• AI-assisted development: Use GitHub Copilot and similar tools to ship faster and find better solutions.
• Security & performance: Identify bottlenecks, consider OWASP Top 10 risks, and make our services faster and more secure.
• Team collaboration: Work closely with junior and senior developers, product owners and UX; share knowledge, review code and increase squad velocity.
