About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Run, trim, bag, box, count, and store molded parts
Monitor production and molded parts while machines are running
Adjust the injection molding process as necessary to produce quality parts
Measure and inspect molded parts for visual and dimensional issues
Ensure molded parts conform to specifications
Trim excess material from molded parts
Count, bag, and pack products to prevent contamination or distortion
Work closely with team members to meet production goals
Maintain safety standards and quality control specifications

Requirements

What you’ll need

A personal commitment to produce the highest quality product
Basic computer skills
Basic math knowledge (multiply, subtract, divide, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to work in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment
Must wear powder-free gloves, face masks, hairnets, gowns, and shoe covers in the cleanroom
Shorts, loose, or baggy clothing are not permitted in the cleanroom
Makeup, hair styling products, soiled, fuzzy, or frayed clothing must not be worn into the cleanroom
Only nonsmokers are permitted to enter or work in the cleanroom
