About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support fast-paced pre-sale and post-sale activities that contribute to the development and implementation of complex technical products in pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
Collaborate with experienced engineers to help develop customer-driven solutions.
Contribute to proposal development and feasibility assessments.
Support project execution activities.
Learn to evaluate design trade-offs and assist senior engineers in developing technically sound solutions through internal and external collaboration.
Aid in the evaluation of suppliers for the development of solutions by gathering information, reviewing technical materials, and coordinating with senior engineers.
Assist in maintaining positive working relationships through clear, professional communication.
Assist in gathering and organizing customer requirements.
Begin reviewing User Requirement Specifications (URS) and building Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) in collaboration with customers, suppliers, and senior engineers when applicable.
Support fast-paced feasibility evaluations by assisting with test setups, gathering input data, and helping senior engineers assess early-stage ideas and customizations.
Recognize key technical constraints and contribute to quick go/no-go decisions.
Participate in the proposal development by assisting with the interpretation of customer requests, gathering input from technical teams, assembling proposal content under guidance, and reviewing quotations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical, or Manufacturing.
Demonstrated ability to manage personal tasks and deadlines in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Exhibited mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn how mechanical components and systems function within complex assemblies.
Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency with CAD software and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project is preferred.
