About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the technical interface between biopharmaceutical customers and internal engineering teams, ensuring successful design and implementation of single-use systems used in drug manufacturing processes.
Partner with biopharmaceutical and biotech customers across Europe to understand their process requirements.
Design and support implementation of single-use systems used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
Provide on-site and remote technical support, training, and troubleshooting.
Lead technical discussions, presentations and solution development activities.
Support successful deployment of Meissner technologies in regulated manufacturing environments.
Ensure solutions align with cGMP requirements and relevant FDA regulatory expectations.
Share customer insights with global engineering and commercial teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement of products, tools and processes.
Develop toward becoming a Subject Matter Expert in bioprocessing applications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology or equivalent technical discipline from four-year college or university.
Must have at least one year of experience as an as a technical specialist in single-use systems and technologies geared toward the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven ability to work independently, with strong self-motivation and time management skills.
Travel to client facilities (with commercial team members) and Meissner entities globally may account for up to 40% of time.
