About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take ownership of Filter Module and Cartridge assembly operations as a Shift Production Supervisor.
Optimize production schedules, troubleshoot equipment challenges, and build a high-performing team.
Supervise the assembly of Filter Module and Cartridge assembly.
Ensure that manufacturing equipment and tools function properly.
Help increase the organization's efficiencies.
Ensure the team is adhering to production schedules and review productivity.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-5 years of manufacturing experience and prior management experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Prior experience supervising or managing a manufacturing production line using KPIs related to efficiency, utilization & financial performance.
Personal commitment to ensure the highest quality product possible is produced.
Ability to read and interpret documents in English is required.
Ability to record, report and analyze production data.
Computer skills are essential including MS Office and time and attendance software systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Spanish communication skills helpful but not required.
Proven track record utilizing analytical skills to make recommendations and impact change as needed to ensure production schedules and outputs are adhered to.
