About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take ownership of Filter Module and Cartridge assembly operations as a Shift Production Supervisor.
  • Optimize production schedules, troubleshoot equipment challenges, and build a high-performing team.
  • Supervise the assembly of Filter Module and Cartridge assembly.
  • Ensure that manufacturing equipment and tools function properly.
  • Help increase the organization's efficiencies.
  • Ensure the team is adhering to production schedules and review productivity.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-5 years of manufacturing experience and prior management experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Prior experience supervising or managing a manufacturing production line using KPIs related to efficiency, utilization & financial performance.
  • Personal commitment to ensure the highest quality product possible is produced.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents in English is required.
  • Ability to record, report and analyze production data.
  • Computer skills are essential including MS Office and time and attendance software systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Spanish communication skills helpful but not required.
  • Proven track record utilizing analytical skills to make recommendations and impact change as needed to ensure production schedules and outputs are adhered to.
