About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Position Meissners product portfolio to establish adoption of current and emerging process solutions into CGT customers process development and manufacturing processes.
  • Drive growth to achieve revenue targets focusing on the US domestic CGT market and develop strategic relationships at targeted accounts.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to close.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Applications Engineering, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
  • Visit customers and prospects in North America regularly to promote strategic relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of life sciences commercial experience, calling on Biopharma accounts.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related field.
  • Possess an excellent understanding of the competitive CGT landscape.
  • Interface with all levels of customer call points with emphasis on senior level relationships.
  • Perform necessary overnight travel as required, approximately up to 45% of the time, including some weekends.
