About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Position Meissners product portfolio to establish adoption of current and emerging process solutions into CGT customers process development and manufacturing processes.
Drive growth to achieve revenue targets focusing on the US domestic CGT market and develop strategic relationships at targeted accounts.
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to close.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Applications Engineering, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
Visit customers and prospects in North America regularly to promote strategic relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of life sciences commercial experience, calling on Biopharma accounts.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related field.
Possess an excellent understanding of the competitive CGT landscape.
Interface with all levels of customer call points with emphasis on senior level relationships.
Perform necessary overnight travel as required, approximately up to 45% of the time, including some weekends.
