About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You coordinate repairs, calibration orders and maintenance for measuring devices.
  • You create service orders, cost estimates and quotations.
  • You monitor service levels and processing times.
  • You handle complaints and work closely with Quality Assurance on deviations.
  • You maintain and update service documentation and work instructions.
  • You create, maintain and optimize service-related master data.
  • You support our service organization with system-related questions.
  • You analyze existing processes and develop optimization proposals.
  • You actively contribute to our SAP S/4HANA transformation, including cleaning and maintaining service-related master data (serial numbers, device histories, service activities and spare parts).
  • You participate in tests, key-user trainings and process workshops.
  • You support go-live activities and the hypercare phase.
  • You create reports and service KPIs and conduct analyses.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Commercial or technical vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk, mechatronics technician, electrician, or technical service) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in service administration, customer service or technical support.
  • Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
  • Solid knowledge of the SAP modules CS (Customer Service), PM (Plant Maintenance), MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales & Distribution).
  • Experience with SQVI and SAP reporting.
  • Knowledge of measuring devices, calibration or repair is an advantage.
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Very good Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas and data analysis).
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
  • An analytical, structured and independent way of working.
  • Experience in technical service or customer service is an advantage.
