About the role
- Deliver revenue and margin targets across your designated region
- Build and develop strong relationships with merchants, contractors, and partners
- Influence product specification and secure agreements through technical consultation
- Lead account reviews, pipeline development, and territory planning
- Represent the business at key meetings, presentations, and industry events
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best-in-class service delivery
- Maintain accurate reporting and CRM updates across all account activity
Requirements
- Experience in technical B2B sales, ideally within pumps and water supply infrastructure.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- A consultative, relationship-driven sales approach
- Ability to manage complex accounts and deliver sustainable value
- High levels of self-motivation, initiative, and flexibility to travel regionally
