Manager

• Responsible for leading the software engineering team in the Company’s Agentic AI-first transformation
• Overseeing the design, development, and evolution of core platforms and applications.
• Drives the adoption and refinement of agentic (AI-augmented and automation-focused) software development practices
• Ensures delivery excellence, and fosters a culture of innovation, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Set direction and priorities for software engineering initiatives
• Manage and develop a cross-functional team of software engineers
• Collaborate with software architects to guide software architecture decisions
• Oversee the delivery, quality, and reliability of software solutions
• Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure/Cloud, Data Services, QA, and business stakeholders
• Evaluate and implement new technologies, especially in AI, automation, and integration
• Manage project delivery, backlog, and team performance
• Foster a culture of transparency, documentation, and continuous improvement
• Promote an AI-First approach to work
• Represent the Software Engineering function in cross-departmental reviews

Software Manager

• Responsible for advancing MegaCorp’s Agentic AI-first transformation strategy by enabling, supporting, and expanding the organization’s foundational data layer.
• Oversees a team responsible for building and maintaining the company’s Snowflake-based data platform.
• Manages integration across systems such as Salesforce, Workato, and a .NET-based TMS, and promotes the application of AI in analytics and automation initiatives.
• Sets direction and priorities for data engineering, analytics, and visualization initiatives to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Manages and develops a cross-functional team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Spearheads AI-enabled efficiency by guiding evaluation and adoption of tools to improve internal workflows.
• Collaborates with senior architects and business leaders to define data governance, platform scalability, and analytics strategy.
• Establishes and tracks success metrics for process improvements, including but not limited to data insight cycle times, data latency, and platform value.
• Fosters a culture of transparency, documentation, and continuous improvement, promoting reusable design and operational excellence.
• Represents the Data Services function in cross-departmental reviews, audits, and planning sessions.
