About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Research & CRM maintenance: You independently identify relevant companies and brands and, together with the team, create detailed profiles in our CRM system.
  • Acquisition & outreach: You contact potential partners and enthuse them about collaborating with Meet5.
  • Market analysis & sales materials: You conduct market and competitor analyses and continuously develop our sales collateral, e.g., pitch decks.
  • Process development: You actively contribute to optimizing and further developing our sales and marketing processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in business administration, media, communications, or a related field.
  • Some practical experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proactive personality, goal-oriented with strong, empathetic communication skills.
  • Ideally some experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) and lead acquisition.
  • Fluent German and English (bonus: good knowledge of French or Dutch).
