Intern - Online Marketing & Community Management
Meet5: Meet new peopleInternship in Online Marketing and Community Management at Meet5, supporting content and communication projects for a community app. Engaging with users and developing new ideas to enhance community building.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support with content and communication projects (e.g., magazine relaunch, copywriting, PR materials, campaigns)
- Actively manage and develop regions with many new users but few Meet5 activities ("grey areas")
- Develop and test new Meet5 formats (Weeklies) and hand them over to Captains or automated processes
- Research and design a referral program (market comparison, best practices, ideas to activate new users)
- Recruit new Community Captains with a focus on younger audiences and underrepresented regions, including independently managing the full recruiting process for Captains (identification, outreach, interviews, selection)
- Support and guide new Captains at the start (onboarding, clarifying expectations, ensuring successful first meetings)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be motivated: You should be eager and ready to take responsibility from day one and willing to learn new things
- Bring your own ideas: You are encouraged to contribute ideas and independently implement them together with the team
- Strong communication skills: Our Captain recruiting calls are conducted by phone; empathy and tact are required
