About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement recurring formats (e.g., story highlights, polls, etc.)
- Active community management (comments, messages, interaction with the community)
- Conceptualize and create engaging content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) from idea to execution
- Support campaigns, partnerships and other marketing activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Creativity & sense for trends: You have a good eye for social media trends and enjoy creating your own ideas
- Motivation & initiative: You are motivated, take responsibility and actively contribute to the team
- Hands-on mentality: You not only implement ideas but also refine and develop them further
- Interest in social media & community: You enjoy interacting with people and building communities
- Initial experience with tools like Canva
- Strong language skills: Confident German in spoken and written; English skills at a minimum C1 level are a big plus
