About the role
- As Community/Country Manager you will use our proven community-building concepts to launch and grow Meet5 communities in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Create newsletters, blog posts, push notifications and other content.
- Manage local community captains (volunteer Meet5 supporters).
- Monitor community performance weekly and help draw insights to inform next actions (dashboards and extensive support provided).
Requirements
- Excellent command of Dutch and English — strong written communication skills in both languages.
- Relevant background in engagement, social customer care, localisation/translation, copywriting, moderation and/or community management, ideally at a brand or digital agency.
- Experience using social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and/or YouTube.
- Bonus: German at B2 level or higher.
