About the role
- You manage and scale our performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and web-to-app campaigns — across multiple markets and languages.
- You allocate advertising budgets across channels, audience segments, and markets to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- You improve existing channels, test new ones, and ensure our growth remains profitable.
- You analyze campaign data, derive concrete recommendations for action, develop hypotheses about creative performance, and work closely with the creative team to continuously improve our ads.
- You run ongoing tests across channels and creatives to sustainably increase performance.
- You help us enhance the user journey — from App Store Optimization to landing pages and onboarding flows through to paywalls.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition management or Performance Marketing: Proven success managing campaigns across channels like Google, Meta, ASA, TikTok, etc. (experience in the mobile industry is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills & attribution knowledge: You enjoy working with datasets and are familiar with attribution frameworks such as SKAN and platform-specific models.
- Self-driven & KPI-oriented: You take full ownership of KPI optimization, love A/B testing, and are curious about industry trends.
- Team-player mentality: You communicate proactively and collaboratively and believe shared successes and failures are key to team performance.
- German & English at a minimum C1 level.
