About the role

You will work closely with the leadership team on projects of strategic relevance and help develop plans for growth in new regions (DACH and beyond)
You will work on internal projects to improve the company's efficiency and growth
Support sourcing and recruiting. Work with us to develop additional KPIs for the entire team
You will prepare investor meetings and support the founders with graphics, presentations, and robust calculations

You are studying (bachelor's or master's) business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field, or are currently taking a gap year
You already have experience in a demanding work environment such as management consulting, investment banking, or business development (startup)
You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner within a team
You possess strong analytical skills, decisiveness, and a hands-on mentality
You stand out through your communicative and open personality as well as your entrepreneurial drive, and you lead and drive initiatives independently
In addition to very good knowledge of all MS Office programs, you are business-fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
