Sales Support Specialist
MedWatch, LLCSales Support Specialist supporting healthcare sales efforts by assisting with proposals and documentation. Ensuring accurate CRM updates while Sales Executives focus on closing deals.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist Sales Executives with preparation of proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and sales presentations
- Compile and organize required documentation for prospective clients (case studies, service descriptions, pricing inputs, etc.)
- Maintain version control and accuracy of sales materials
- Enter and maintain prospect and opportunity data in CRM systems
- Track sales activity, follow-ups, and next steps
- Assist with reporting on pipeline activity, proposal volume, and response timelines
- Coordinate internal requests related to sales efforts
- Schedule sales meetings, demos, and follow-up calls
- Assist with conference registration and coordination
- Serve as a point of contact for internal sales-related questions and documentation needs
- Maintain and organize shared sales folders, templates, and standard documents
- Assist with updating sales collateral and ensuring materials reflect current offerings
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Marketing teams as needed
- Participate in sales and cross-functional meetings when appropriate
- Perform other duties as assigned to support sales effectiveness
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, support, customer service, or coordinator role
- Exposure to sales support, healthcare, insurance, or professional services environments
- Experience working with CRM tools or databases (Salesforce or similar)
- Interest in healthcare, population health, or care management preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and comfort working with cross-functional teams
