About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via telehealth
Diagnose and treat adult patients with ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, OCD, and other common outpatient psychiatric conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans
Prescribe medications, including Schedule II-V controlled substances, in accordance with state and federal regulations
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR
Complete chart notes and prescriptions within required timeframes
Collaborate with clinical leadership and operations teams to ensure high-quality patient care
Serve as a collaborating/supervising physician for PMHNPs where permitted and needed, providing clinical oversight in accordance with state regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist (MD or DO)
Active, unrestricted medical licenses in multiple U.S. states (priority states preferred)
Eligible to serve as a collaborating/supervising physician for PMHNPs in applicable states
Active DEA registration with Schedule II prescribing authority
Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in outpatient psychiatry
Experience treating adult patients via telehealth preferred
Experience prescribing controlled substances
Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing common outpatient psychiatric conditions
Ability to commit approximately 15+ hours per week to support patient continuity
