About the role
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and define role requirements, ensuring a clear and efficient hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role, preferably at the product companies.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
