About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide senior leadership over Insurance operations transformation, insurance operations support, and continuous performance improvement
- Drive end-to-end optimization across denial management, high-dollar account resolution, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Jira-based work intake, and RCM automation pipeline
- Oversee operational excellence and transformation functions
- Ensure alignment between revenue cycle operations, technology, product, analytics, and finance
- Responsible for delivering measurable financial outcomes, including cash acceleration, cost reduction, and margin improvement
- Establish scalable, best-in-class processes and governance
- Manage and develop Directors and Sr. Manager leaders across Insurance Operations Support and Transformation, Testing & Automation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- 10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management
- Deep expertise in: Insurance operations and denial management
- RCM technology and system implementations
- Process optimization and automation
- Proven success leading large-scale transformation and performance improvement initiatives
- Strong financial acumen, including ROI modeling, savings validation, and revenue optimization
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex healthcare environments
