About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in executing training plans for field-based sales professionals, including Enterprise Account Sales Managers and Clinical Sales Specialists
- Coordinate with the Program Sales Training Manager and District Manager to deliver field training sessions and field travel
- Distribute training schedules, learning tracks, and playbooks
- Create outcome reports for field training curricula and maintain training records
- Ensure new-hire understanding of product information and internal processes, including Allego, Salesforce, and Power BI
- Assist Product Managers, Sales Training, Office of Ethics and Compliance, Contracts, and Pricing with training programs
- Assess new-hire retention of training sessions and materials
- Travel with new hires, provide feedback to new hires and direct managers, recommend growth opportunities, and resolve gaps
- Observe new hires on sales calls demonstrating instruments and presentation skills
- Maintain current product information and marketing strategies to support new hires
- Provide product demonstration training on key products
- Plan, schedule, and conduct weekly, biweekly, and monthly new-hire calls during the first year
- Identify unmet training needs and help create curriculum
- Collaborate with Training Director, Regional Sales Director, District Sales Manager, and Field Coaches to meet training and development needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or 5 years of relevant experience with an Advanced degree
- Experience in field sales
- Training or coaching experience preferred
- Experience with or willingness to train on Allego LMS
- Experience delivering effective virtual and in-person training
- Ability to utilize internal resources, effectively plan, and work within a regional territory
- Ability to prepare effective written evaluations and recommendations for improvement
- Ability to use creativity to maintain excitement and engagement around training classes/Teams meetings
- Ability to administer and organize a learning curriculum
- Expertise in project management and organizational skills; ability to meet timelines
- Ability to analyze and communicate clinical study designs and results
- Proficiency in clinical literature search desired
- Background in ENT Navigation / Head and Neck
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with a sense of urgency
- Familiarity with Ear, Nose, & Throat medical sales helpful
- For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hire and throughout employment for roles below Principal level; this Principal-level role is eligible for U.S. sponsorship under applicable policy
