About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and execute research studies related to product development initiatives
Develop and implement experimental protocols, test methods, and data analysis approaches
Lead technical investigations and troubleshooting to identify root causes and resolve complex challenges
Collaborate with engineering, clinical, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing partners throughout the product lifecycle
Analyze and interpret experimental data
Communicate findings through technical reports, presentations, and design documentation
Support development, verification, and optimization of products, processes, and technologies from concept through commercialization
Contribute technical expertise to preclinical studies, clinical evaluations, and product performance assessments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant research and development experience, OR Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant research and development experience, OR PhD in a scientific or engineering discipline
Experience designing, executing, and analyzing scientific or engineering studies in a research and development environment
Experience generating technical documentation, reports, and data-driven recommendations to support product development decisions
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance research, product development, or technology initiatives
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment; sponsorship is not offered for roles below Principal level
