Partner with ENT R&D, RPM, and PMO leadership to guide strategic project prioritization, investment trade-offs, and long-range planning aligned with OU innovation goals.
Deliver advanced financial modeling and business case analysis to evaluate pipeline programs, technology platforms, and strategic initiatives.
Support enterprise-level conversations by synthesizing insights from cross-functional inputs, including strategic planning, portfolio management, and stakeholder forums.
Enable resource optimization by identifying cost efficiencies, tracking spend against plan, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities across the ENT portfolio.
Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards that provide visibility into R&D financial performance, program-level metrics, and investment pacing.
Facilitate financial storytelling to communicate the impact of ENT R&D/RPM investments to senior leadership and influence decision-making across the OU.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related finance roles, or 8+ years with an advanced degree
Experience in FP&A, financial consulting, or strategic planning
Experience with PDware/ResourceFirst, OneStream, Power BI, or Tableau
Familiarity with ENT technologies, clinical development cycles, or RPM operating models
Experience in medical device or healthcare industry
Ability to influence without authority and navigate ambiguity in a matrixed environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Demonstrated experience supporting R&D, innovation, or strategic planning functions
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations
