About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Daily support for cardiac procedures, with a focus on cardiology
  • Programming and follow-up care for pacemaker, ICD, and CRT devices
  • Clinical and technical consultation and support for physicians and medical staff regarding various treatment modalities
  • Implementing strategic measures to increase the perceived value of the therapy portfolio and secure profitable growth
  • Close collaboration with Technical Consultants, Sales Representatives, and Sales and Marketing teams
  • Supporting sales through campaigns and the promotion of innovations
  • Preparing and conducting new product launches
  • Organizing and conducting customer events, continuing education sessions, symposia, and customer training programs
  • Managing and maintaining personal inventory (car stock)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial or clinical/medical training, or a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, medical engineering, or physics; alternatively, successfully completed medical training
  • Experience in cardiology or a cardiac catheterization laboratory
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Strong willingness to travel, residence in the specified region, and a valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build trust
  • Active teamwork and integrity
  • Professional experience in a clinical setting or in medical technology
  • Flexibility, high commitment, resilience, a proactive approach, sales affinity, and a strong customer-service orientation
  • Complete measles vaccination required for appointment to the position
