About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and growth objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, administrators, and key decision-makers
  • Identify, prioritize, and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Conduct product presentations, clinical discussions, and business reviews through virtual and in-person channels
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop customer solutions and support business objectives
  • Maintain accurate customer interactions, sales activities, forecasts, and opportunities in CRM systems
  • Analyze territory performance data, market trends, and competitive activity
  • Represent the organization professionally and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Support customer engagement, business meetings, training activities, and cross-functional collaboration through travel of up to 25%

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 10+ years, Associate's Degree and 8+ years, or Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of sales, account management, business development, or healthcare industry experience
  • Experience managing customer relationships and achieving performance objectives within an assigned territory or customer portfolio
  • Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within the assigned territory
  • Ability to work remotely and effectively manage priorities across a geographically dispersed territory
  • Preferred: experience in medical device, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or related healthcare sales environments
  • Preferred: knowledge of cardiovascular products, therapies, procedures, or clinical environments
  • Preferred: documented history of achieving or exceeding sales quotas, revenue targets, or territory growth objectives
  • Preferred: experience delivering product presentations and customer engagements through virtual communication platforms
  • Preferred: experience developing strategic account plans and identifying opportunities for market expansion
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
  • Principal-level U.S. work authorization sponsorship may be offered; otherwise unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hire and throughout employment
