About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience OR Advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience leading transformation initiatives with a strong analytics and technology focus
  • Experience translating business needs into actionable solutions
  • Experience communicating insights to diverse audiences
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on expertise working with large, complex data sets
  • Proficiency in analytics and automation platforms such as Power BI, Power Automate, Snowflake, or similar
  • Experience driving transformation and analytics initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Hands-on experience with advanced analytics, AI/ML tools, and data science
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not offered below Principal level
