About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with field sales and clinical teams as a resource in assigned markets
  • Execute sales activities and support sales growth within the Sedation Management business
  • Lead or assist with in-service activities for disposables and hardware
  • Install necessary equipment or hardware and perform functional and safety tests
  • Introduce products and collaborate with customers
  • Drive expansion of Acute Care and Monitoring products within the territory
  • Coordinate with sales teams and internal stakeholders
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and increased utilization
  • Support conversions and sales efforts outside the assigned region
  • Conduct product introductions and demonstrations for staff and clinicians
  • Perform inventory balancing at site and warehouse levels
  • Travel 75% across a multi-state region, including overnight travel and non-traditional hours

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate’s degree with 2 years, or Bachelor’s degree with 0 years
  • Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related work in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
  • Must live or be able to relocate within 50 miles of Chicago, IL or Detroit, MI
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
