About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Sell Medtronic's Cardiac Surgery products remotely and retain end-user patients within an assigned geographic area or customer accounts
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain customer relationships through email, phone calls, video messaging, and Microsoft Teams
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that enhance patient care
- Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers using virtual communication platforms
- Travel 25% to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of sales, customer support, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- OR Associate's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
- Remote sales experience in healthcare or medical field preferred
- Knowledge of cardiovascular products and procedures advantageous
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
- At least 2 years of sales experience focused on building and nurturing customer relationships
- Experience in account management
- Proficiency using CRM systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with self-motivation and strong organizational skills
- For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- Compliance with credentialing requirements at supported hospitals or clinics
